  • Take a frozen pack of Monroe Sausage and set it aside on the counter.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the frozen sausage on a pan with sides. No oil is required. Use a knife to separate the links if necessary.
  • Original Hog Casing Sausage: Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F, or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
    Baby Link Sausage: Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F, or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.

  • Remove the pan from the oven and set the oven to broil.
    Drain off any excess grease into a container to use for seasoning other dishes.
    Broil the sausage for 1-2 minutes until they turn a golden caramel brown.
